After Astra Chen died, she crossed over 2000 years into the future when humans have expanded to the stars for hundreds of years. She planned to use her previous knowledge as an engineer as well as her gold power to manipulate metal to live a sweet and easy life. Tinkering and modifying futuristic mechanical machines to her heart's content as a lowkey NPC, away from all the drama that her overachieving self in the past experienced.
Unfortunately she crossed to a body that is weak, young, and poor. And still has to attend school since education has always been known to open doors. Her plan to cruise through school backfired as she found out she has to perform well in order to earn free tuition money... somehow this continued all the way to university. Who can tell her how she ended up at one of the best military academy in the Commonwealth System?
Not only did her previous life's power reawaken, she found out she has an aptitude as a Shielder. But she's still determined to maintain a low profile...
