I don't want to live my life through lies; I want to live my life through as many truths as possible by protecting my sanity and making a name for myself no matter the challenges I face.

I am me. You are you. People have a nasty habit of labeling and judging others. It's an instinct that everyone has and we do it all the time, without realizing it sometimes. These labels do not define us. Those judgments do not blind us of our true self. We know deep down that we are different but some people hide that. I had survived the first. That was then; this is now. The blindfold of so many pills slowly died away and first though my finger then my head, a passion, a hurt and a need filled me as every moment was consumed with words; every breath with wisps of ink. Being alone? Check. Being afraid? Check. Being abused? Check times 3. Honestly, my life wasn't this bad before, not until I ended in foster care... SIKE! My life was always bad. My life used to be pretty boring. Everything was average. Normal family, normal looks, normal house, normal job, normal life.
