Things have settled down at the Edge after Astrid's abduction. Hiccup and Astrid are courting like a normal Viking couple, and there is finally peace. Or so they thought...

With Viggo out of the picture there's room for new villains to rise, powerful enemies with a single goal: destroy the "Dragon Master." With a target on his back Hiccup and the other Dragon Riders have to consider what matters the most to them, and how far they're willing to go to protect it.

NOTE WHILE THIS IS THE SEQUEL TO CAST OUT IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO READ THE FIRST BOOK AS ALL WILL BE EXPLAINED IN THE FIRST AUTHOR'S NOTE.
