"Do you know what stars represent?" Seonghwa looked up to see the stars blinking upon them, but then shifted his gaze to the pretty boy who was laying right beside him in the vast field of grass.

"No." Hongjoong answered bluntly "Will you tell me?"

"To me, they represent life. They represent the presence of a person who still shines even though they are far away, and I think that's what makes them so special to me."

"They're beautiful..." Hongjoong murmured softly, deeply amazed at Seonghwa's answer "But, you know what else is beautiful? More beautiful even."

"What could be possibly more beautiful than the stars?"

"You."

They say that the moon and the sun are meant to be, a true match made in heaven, the void to each other's faults. But, matches made in heaven don't really work all the time, do they? Rather than the sun, the moon had fallen in love with the star.

The boy in this particular bush wasn't Wooyoung. And he was unlike any other boy in any other bush Hongjoong would have foreseen. He had lips red as the rose, blossoming in his face to stand out and gather all of Hongjoong's attention. Their shape was full and pouty underneath his closed eyes, like an inviting gem to seize from a vacant surface. His hair was black as ebony as it spilt over his shoulders and naked chest. The strands were damp, as if he had bathed not too long ago, and stuck to the forest floor under his side. The skin of his body was white as snow. It enticed to touch, to leave marks on the spread of a blank canvas that was so pale it seemed luminous in the dark spread of the forest. His hooves were caked with mud and direly needed a cut. His hooves... The boy in the bush had hooves.

A brief encounter it was, but one that Seonghwa never dwelled on as he was more focused on saving himself from any further embarrassment of the night. With a quick apology, he continued on his way without sparing a second glance at the person. Wooyoung tried to hide his fear but his stuttering must not have been convincing as the bandit kept walking forward and even seemed to smirk at his sentence. "You don't even know me, little prince, so let's see If you can get me killed." As Wooyoung was expecting his back came in contact with a tree, making it impossible for him to get away anymore and the bandit was now coming real close to him. Their noses were nearly touching, Wooyoung could see every detail in the man's eyes and he thought to himself that these were the most enchanting eyes he's ever seen in his life. They spent a few good seconds just staring at each other before Wooyoung came back to his senses. In an act of self-preservation and curiosity Wooyoung quickly reached for the bandit's mask and tore It away from his face, revealing the full face of the bandit. But he would rather rush into the oblivion of death instead of seeing the only person he loved fall into it. The fault was not in their hearts but in their stars .
