Dave has an insame life.First he was a policeman,then a night guard,literally the mayor kidnapped him,being a prisoner for 1 year and now a recruited member of top hat people.But as time passes he realised his time taken to miss someone who doesn't care about Dave anymore.Or so he thought.

Some time ago Ella's brother and their best friend Crystal are gone missing.As she investigates it was found out that the Toppat Clan most likely kidnapped them.This news came up to the goverment and they 
immediately planned a rescue mission.Rupert was glad this is happening as he too though that the Toppats had imprisoned his old partner,Dave Panpa.
