In the final moment as Malivore destroys Mystic Falls Josie and Alyssa who became on there side decided to have Klaus memories from 2009 to 2039 when the necromancer revived Klaus and had him kill Hope send the memory into 2009 Klaus to stop Malivore and have hope a happy childhood.
