The North Lizarian Military evacuates citizens and military personnel to a bunker that can hold 10,000 dinosaurs, to make sure dinosaurs can survive this extinction event.
The war won't kill them, space will.

A nuclear apocalypse after a terrible war renders the earth barren and void of life. A lone remnant of that war, a bio-metric wolf with metal bones beneath living flesh and skin wanders aimlessly, unsure of purpose or direction. The robotic parts are the only thing keeping it alive for its hundred year lifespan. One day it encounters something strange, something different; a human boy. The boy is unafraid of the wolf and is, in fact, excited to see it. He is looking for animals who his mother told him were ancient guardians of his people and a sign of the one thing they had been waiting so long for; life. But the boy is unaware that this wolf was an animal-like weapon used to hunt down and destroy his people and not a "real" animal at all.
