In his arms held the small form of Tenko Shimura, the young boy who he had saved from the mental mindscape of both Tomura and All for One. The young boy had taken a blow that would've killed Izuku Midoriya if the boy hadn't gotten in the way of the attack. And as Izuku held the boy, he watched as the 5-year-old Tenko started to decay right in front of him, unaware of the fact that his body was screaming at him to drop him and continue the fight.
