In case you are wondering yes this is my second try at this story. Now the story takes place in Resident Evil's movie universe which I know some don't like,but give it a chance. Story will be in the point of views of Alice and Claire Redfield Plot: The story begins right after Alice saved Carlos and another survivor from being mauled to death by infected birds. Umbrella is always breathing down the neck Alice,but with a new crew perhaps she can overcome the odds. (Unlike last time where I tried staying with the movie plot I'm putting my own spin on this stuff.)Kumpleto

It started with the melting of the Poles, which uncovered diseases that hadn't been seen in millennia. Obviously, when a flesh-eating parasitical virus was found, scientists in all their glory decided to study it, which led to the greatest calamity in human history. Warning: This is the original book 1, it is now considered more of a prelude/building character relationships arc than a book. This provides backstory and sets the foundation for the characters and their relationships.
