Mimi is a Lythgynn living as a performing animal in a wildlife park and circus. The circus is the main attraction of the park, with tigers and Lythgynn being their main stars. Jumping through hoops, to dancing. The Lythgynn and other animals seem to be happy with the crowd as they act playful and sweet!

But as the curtains close, it's back to their small cages, poor water, feed, and fearful training. Mimi and her other performing friends were taken from their mothers, then beaten into a performance animal when just children. Mimi greatly struggles more than the other Lythgynn to be a skilled performer. Causing her mental distress throughout her young life, and more physical discipline than the others.
