Pain is something she knows better than most and she would do anything to escape its grasp on her life. McKenzie's parents abandoned her. School is a nightmare; she's bullied relentlessly. The only thing that keeps her going is the prospect of graduating. One day she receives a letter from family she never knew existed, and it changes her whole life. When she comes back she isn't that same same girl. Now she is back and wont take crap from them. All she can say is they are going to regret ever bullying her.
