This is the very first time I've done something like this. It's actually nothing special, just a fantasy that has been flying through my head for a while. Please also note that English is not my mother tongue. I'm actually from Germany, but I think that many things in English just sound better, so I just write them in English. Feel free to write to me if you find any spelling or grammar errors.

And here is a brief description of the story:
Legolas mother has been dead for a while now and he can't cope with her loss. He thinks that his father is not interested in him and that he has no one else to confide in.

That's actually it. God I'm really terrible at putting things together. 
Oh yeah and one more little thing: As I said, it's just a fantasy, so I have no idea whether it really happened that way.
All rights to the characters do not belong to me, of course, but to the wonderful Tolkien.

You've heard the story of the 13 Dwarfs, the wizard and the Hobbit right? Well they left out one thing, the Unexpected Member of the Company. I was there for it all, from the Shire to Rivendale to Mirkwood and then The Lonely Mountain. You see I am 1/4 Elf, 1/4 man, 1/4 wizard and 1/4 Dwarf so I am tall for a dwarf but not tall enough for an elf/man/wizard. But the elven/wizard side gave me powers that nobody else had, nobody knew who my parents were other then my mother was 1/2 elf and 1/2 man and my father was 1/2 wizard and 1/2 dwarf. Gandalf and Lady Galadriel sent me to "Earth" after Smaug took over Erebor when I was nothing but a little baby girl. 40 yrs later here I am still looking like I am in my 20's with a very bad attitude and wanting NOTHING but to get away from my stupid foster home.......this is MY story on what happened and how I got bad to Middle Earth, trained with Gandalf and Lady Galadriel till it was time to take back the mountain. The gates were shut and his cold heart was broken. He sat there emotionless listening to the cries of his people as they weep and the sorrow that lingered through the whole kingdom. Thranduil gripped the sides of his throne trying to not think of that day, the day his world came falling apart the day he lost everything. Read as Thranduil tries to get over his only love or can he? Will he find a new love? Or will he succumb to his aching heart?
