In a world governed by Project Cadmus, Isaac Thompson is a security guard for a druglord in Gotham. One night, he meets Eric Cole in the nightclub that Eric has recently purchased. What seems as another security guard gig after a good recommendation from his current employer, turns into something else when Eric reveals that he is actually the leader of the TWLA (Third World Liberation Army). Their aim is to take down Project Cadmus, which now governs the planet in one intercontinental government. They took power after the american military unintentionally defamed its own image through nuking metropolis with a kryptonite nuclear missile during the attack of doomsday on metropolis. This act of fear lead to the deaths of the justice league, doomsday and the entire population of metropolis. In this new world where meta humans are hunted and turned into mind-controlled clones, Eric reveals that he knows of Isaac's false identity. Isaac is a former member of the TWLA. A member infamously known and feared in the crime world as the "adopted son of Krypton". A supervillain known as Bizarro.
