A new law has been declared within Paris that all those individuals who are 18 by the beginning of the new year, who wants absolutely nothing the the following stating:
- Marriage
- Having own children
- Commitment [Issues]
- Doubts about future with above
- Irrelevant to above
They will be drawn into a ballot immediately the moment they speak their first with hard and sincere apprehension:
- I won't do it
- I don't want that
- I don't have time for it
- I have too many responsibilities
This is to encourage or at least help along the way and to change the minds of hopefully all those who were picked for their future. Basically, this is a legal arranged marriage. Will anyone selected go through with it? Will they try to avoid this situation? What will come of the situation once its been a finally a done deal?
