This is an AU so don't expect too many mentions of Danganronpa like Monokuma and the Killing Games. The only mentions that will be in place are what the Ultimate Talents are and Hope's Peak Academy. The start of the story takes place at the time where Nagito still refuses to go to Hope's Peak. The characters in this story will only be the ones from Dr3, Sdr2 and Dr1. The ships this will include are: Komahina Kuzusouda Satozumi Nanabuki Komagami (really only one-sided and unimportant) Komahina is the main ship though, so the others won't be as important.
