2019 Writing Scrapbook Part 2
DISCLAIMER: Some of the works within here will contain photos. All photos or drawings were created by me or were given access to me, and they are all either photos of the events off which the writing itself is based, or they were created to represent the event that was discussed. Most of my writing is deeply personal to me and some of them have roots in real situations in my life, while others are fictitious and SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LITERALLY. This year my emotions have gone awry, so I've been unable to put away my pen and paper. Stories, Poems, and Dreams
Welcome to this little book! This is gonna be some of my better small works - poetry and short stories, for the most part, with the occasional dream that I actually end up remembering mixed in. So, sit back, relax, and prepare for a bit of angst! MINI-SERIES Some of these are differentiated by a marker in their title or, in a very particular case, through a certain sign-off. I wanted to take a sec to explain the idea behind them, and let you guys know that I'll (eventually) be publishing them as actual, proper books! Asylum: Whenever I'm in the hospital or a mental facility, I get bored and write! I thought it would be fascinating to see all the work I make in a "damaged" state collected together. Unsent Letters: If I have something to say to someone but I can't for whatever reason, I'll write a letter to the person. Maybe it's angry, or sad, or an update, or just a much-needed, long-awaited hello. And the hope is that I'll publish it and maybe, someday, someone will pick my book up off a shelf and find that letter I write to them. Would sending them a letter be more effective? Yes. My school project thing
Made this with the help of my group(I did most of the work but I can't blame them, English wasn't their first language) but I felt somewhat proud enough of it that I wanted to share it, though its not a fully written story but just like a short story, it was still fun to do honestly, hope its fun for you to read too!
