Brooklyn Knight decides that it's time to take her basketball career to the next level. So, she packs her bags and brings her bratty older sister, her fashion designer mom, and her basketball loving dad from the Bahamas to a small, basketball obsessed town in the middle of Connecticut. Not only is the town infected with basketball fever, it is home of the Elite Athletic Association, one of the best athletic clubs in the country. She somehow manages to make a team, but not the team she was expecting to. Brooklyn finds herself with a group of friends that she would have never hung out with back in the Bahamas. But, problems happen, actually, parents happen and she does the unthinkable for the sake of basketball.
