Sixteen year old Meyrhin Arlexa has lived a normal and perfect life for as long as she can remember. But as soon as she discovers that she has powers, she starts seeking for answers.

Meyrhin never would have guessed that those answers would lead her to going into the Night Dimension; the place where dreams come to life. Not only does she learn that there are two new Ideya, but she's aware that her grandfather is the evil Wizeman the Wicked...and her uncle, Spade, has usurped her father's throne and imprisoned her parents.

With the help of her playful aunt, NiGHTS, Meyrhin must retrieve her Ideya, rescue her parents, and restore peace to the Night Dimension.
