Kristen is your selfless teenage girl. Along this long rocky road she's traveled she had time to meet one boy in particular, Tyler. These best friend's shared every day together until Tyler had been victim to a drunk driver and tragically ended up in the hospital. When she wasn't visiting Tyler, Kristen was focused on bringing up her grades in order to please her mother, another unfortunate drunk. Could it be possible that Alison would want to make anything worse? Alison is a typical "popular girl" and ever since grade school, she's lived to break Kristen. What happens when Ali tells everybody that Kristen is in love with Tyler? Will Tyler make his speedy recovery?
