Sapnap sends a message through Foolish, asking Quackity to come visit Karl, as he has gotten sick. Quackity reluctantly goes to see him, but Karl's sickness is different. Quackity comes up with an idea to help him, leading the trio on an adventure around the server, stirring up old memories in the process.

George has a horrible past with is parents and his ex. Sapnap suffers in the hospital and continues by his abusive dad. Karl is the only good guy. Maybe. George founds out that Dream likes him. Sapnap suffers alot during the hospital and his very best friend Karl, comes to see him face to face for the first time and things took a turn. Karl finds out something wrong. Quackity finds more about Karl. Sapnap finds about both Karl and Quackity. The start of the New year for Dream doesn't go well. Someone gets Kidnapped. Dream wants to end the suffering. Virus found?
