This story is inspired by one of my favorite characters in Hunter X Hunter: Alluka. I will be switching up the rules of the wishes a bit.
Kazumi was cursed with the ability to grant any wish. She is normal girl most of the time, but as soon as she asks someone to do something for her, she can grant any wish...for a price.
