Y/N knew Ajax since they were kids they grew up in the same nation in Snezhnaya. Y/N and Ajax were best friends but then a new kid comes around because of the Tsaritsa. Ajax told Y/N his dream telling them that he would make sure his dreams came true. The nation was blinded and for a while believed the fatui were the good till some of the people of Snezhnaya saw what they did and told everyone they knew and soon the whole nation knew but by this time Ajax was determined to be in the fatui he trained with Y/N ever since they were 5 years old. Ajax soon changed as while after growing up and understand what the adults said about the fatui how they were evil. Y/N started to worry because Ajax's dreams changed he wanted to conquer the world he talked to Y/N how they both could rule the world after he conquered it. The years passed and there Y/N stood in the rain watching their friend be a whole different person leaving them behind with a promise to Liyue where the god of contracts watched over their people. Y/N wouldn't know who the archon was until they took their friend's advice and go after Ajax going to Liyue. Here would be where Ajax went by a different name and would show Y/N how the fatui changed him.
