Twenty-Four year old Amelia Morthan has made a lifetime of mistakes in only
eleven years. Realising her failure, she packs what she can carry and makes the escape she should have made in the beginning. Having run away by herself at only twelve, she now returns to her family home with two little children and
memories that keep her up at night.
She's searching for peace from her troubled thoughts, but will find she someone who can heal her from the inside out?

This story is a work of fiction and contains harsh language and the topic of abuse along with abusive memories that may be a trigger for some.

'It's... not nice, you know.' Gura tells her seriously, 'Knowing that you take memories from me. Sometimes I ask myself the question when we talk and you seem to know what I'm going to say and do, 'how many times has this happened already'? and, 'If I say or do the wrong thing, will she rewind and get me to do what she wants?'' Amelia has this look of guilt for a moment before becoming indignant. 'Would you do any different if you could?' Gura ponders this and looks down at the watch. '... We could find out.'
