Midnight Madness

It is based on the prompt: "Lately, the townsfolk have developed a fear of the midnight hour. Rumors about cold spots, bone-chilling apparitions, flickering lights, strange noises, and flying objects are rampant and what's unusual is that those supposed incidents have been occurring at twelve o'clock at night. Could this be the work of a mischievous ghost playing pranks on people or could it be something sinister?"
