13-year-old Astrid Brown is a Drama Club girl. She loves to perform, sing and dance, but when she sabotages her best friends' audition for the part she most desperately wanted, she knows she can't live with herself.
If she sabotaged her friends' audition, she most certainly did not deserve the part she wanted. Could she really come clean and tell her friend what she did, or would she have to keep it in the dark, and live with the guilt for the rest of her life.
The guilt might have gotten the most of her, and she decided to come clean. Could her friendship be saved? Could this all end well? Most don't end well, but she had to straighten things with her friend, or she'd be the slaughter to the lamb.
