The Gingerbread House

Everyone knows the story of Hansel and Gretel. Left alone in the woods by an evil stepmother, two helpless children stumble upon a gingerbread house in the woods. And everyone knows how the story of the witch that lives there unfolds. But what if the story you heard wasn't the actual story? What if the baker that lived in the small cottage in the woods was nothing more than a victim? What if the children were not Hansel and Gretel at all?

This is the story of two siblings rotten to the core by greed and how one small found family survived them.
