A sunrise stroll led Jaxen into a small coffee shop overlooking Brooklyn Bridge, the river below being pummelled repeatedly by gentle rain. He purchased a black coffee, sliding into a booth overlooking the rain rolling smoothly down the glass panes. An old-fashioned television alerted him to the evening horrors of the city, learning about the 'menacing murders' which were committed in the darkest depths of the moonlight. Upon hearing this, he was frozen in his seat - through fear and despair - as he was due to leave the city later that day in the darkest hours of the night, walking just over four blocks to his local subway station which would then allow him to travel onward to JFK Airport to catch a flight bound for London where his business studies were due to take place in the days following the flight. However, on his walk to the subway station he is pulled into an alley of terror and was never seen again. Was his just another victim to the menacing murders? Or was this something far more.. sinister.
