This #Mafin fan fiction was written in June (originally pusblished on AO3), about two weeks after Marta and Fina broke up in the tv series Sueños de libertad (Dreams of Liberty, Spain TV). Both are suffering from a broken heart. When the head of the family, Damien de la Reina, decides to send his daughter into exile under the pretext of wanting to save his daughter's marriage, Marta is forced to flee. But is she really able to step out the golden cage of her life? And can she convince Fina to give up her sick father and her friends to follow Marta?

The Book of Love
A glimpse into Marta and Finas future, beginning with 1969. #Mafin Fanfiction Each chapter will describe a different year. Each chapter is basically closed in itself, it's almost a kind of "one shot collection", but the chapters still build on each other and follow each other. (Un vistazo al futuro de Marta y Finas, empezando por 1969. Cada capítulo describe un año diferente. Cada capítulo está básicamente cerrado en sí mismo, es casi una especie de «colección de una sola toma», pero los capítulos siguen construyéndose unos sobre otros y se suceden.) Since I, like everyone else, have no idea what to expect from the authors, I take a lot of liberties with these excursions when it comes to the characters and the further course of the story - I ask you to bear this in mind and, if necessary, to kindly ignore it if some things turn out to be untrue in the coming turns. I also assumed that Marta's year of birth was 1919. And that Fina is 12 years younger. That may not be fact either - lo siento. I hope you will enjoy reading it and I would be very happy to receive feedback. You are also welcome to suggest years or events. The song "The Book of Love" by Peter Gabriel inspired me to a great extent. If you don't know this song (I would hardly believe that), you should definitely fill this gap in your knowledge.
