My First Love

How did it end up like this? Why am I here? Why am I protecting him? My skin is burning, my body is reacting on its own. I don't understand what's happening but all I wish is for this pain to go away. My vision is getting blurry. I wonder if this is how I die. All I can hear is that boy's voice calling out for me. "HENRY!!!" A loud bang emanates and just like that I'm surrounded by darkness incapable of moving.
