The " Killer Whale " is a serial killer who's been around for years. But lately his killings had become more frequent. It planted a seed of fear into the citezens and set the police' reputation down low.

Lee Jooheon, a young police and Im Changkyun, a private detective, both cast aside from their respective work decided to join forces with the goal to put an end to all the murders. But along their investigations, they uncovered crimes much worse than Killer Whale himself.
