"Don't do that." "Do what?" "Look at me as if you wish to kiss me." This story follows a young woman named Adelaide's journey through life after she lost her father. When Adelaide's father passed away, he left her everything that he had under his name, to the manor in the outskirts of Ashbourne, to the four journals he had hidden her entire life. As Adelaide tries to figure out the meaning behind the riddles and fairy tales her father wrote in his journals, she is left finding out secrets about her self and the people she holds so dear to her, changing her view on the world she thought she knew forever. This tale filled with romance and too many twists and turns to count, will leave you breathless and aching for more once you put it down. And maybe give you a side a whiplash.

"If you're going to kill me, just do it." He looked at me and laughed, "Kill you? Why would I do that?" He played with my hair and then planted both palms on either side of me. "Umm, let me see.. You're a serial killer..?" I rolled my eyes and was shocked at how sarcastic and casual I sounded. "I'm not going to kill you darling, I'm keeping you.." He ran his hand down to my hip. * * * * * * Regan is on a desperate search for escape from her captor Darian, but after a brief escape, she finds out her real intentions.
