Embrace all the pain that is in you so that you could heal. 

Ignorance and unclaimed feelings are just making us even more pestilential, and lose our sanity. Being admissible about our negative feelings doesn't make us weak or overreacting. It just meant acceptance and healing. We cannot heal if we'll not hurt ourselves first. This is where the first step begins.
