*BOOM* *CRASH, SHATTER Branches fell down. Glass shattered. I could hear the wind whistling trees moving. And whispers,  "Child, you shoul-"... I opened my eyes. The seats were black. My hands stained with blood. "Uh- erm, ah." Ha.. Ha... Wha.. Ow.... Mama? Mama?" I slowly and carefully try not to hurt myself anymore. "Papa? Ma.. Ma? What?" In shock all I saw was 2 giant puddles of blood. Blaze White is the New Girl at the Prep school in her mothers old home town. But her only goal for senior year is to keep a low profile, no friends, no parties and NO boys. However, I was a kid when I wrote this so take it with a grain of salt. *** Like a deer in head lights, I freeze and watch as the car comes towards me expecting to get hit. But to my surprise, the car swerves to the side slightly next to me and comes to a stop. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."

"You're my goddamn wife, Astoria. I will not tolerate your defiance." The sound of his belt loosening, zipper lowering, he entered me violently taking my breath with him. "Yet everyone thinks I'm still your charity case because you won't claim me." "You want to be claimed? Fine. But I am warning you, this lifestyle you're so accustomed to will be gone. I will be dirt poor and your family will be fired." "Then divorce and set me free. I am done being your dirty secret." When I awoke from that wooden bed, there was a woman staring at me, the rocking chair she was sitting in rocking back in forth. Her gaze of me was sharp, a patient sharpness; a hunter's gaze. As I stood up from the creaking bed, I was able to see that I was in a cabin. The place was a dimly lit cabin, with giant candles surrounding all corners of the room, book shelves filled with countless books were on every wall, and lastly there were stairs leading to a second floor. The woman's gaze averted from me, as if she was released from a burden. On top of her lap sat a book that she started reading. the title of the book was "How To Knit A Sweater." The Woman was beautiful, her skin as white as snow, her hair long and dark. Her wrists wore leather wristbands with black skulls on them-

Aurora sat in the passenger seat, her hands folded tightly in her lap. Her long, black dreadlocks cascaded down her back, swaying slightly with each bump in the road. Her chocolate skin glistened faintly under the dim light of the car, but she didn't notice. The world outside the window passed by in muted shades of gray and green, the trees thick with mist, the road winding up a steep hill that seemed to stretch on forever. Her mom was talking again, her voice upbeat and false. "This is for the best, baby. I know you don't think so now, but this place will help you heal. You're going to meet people who can understand what you've been through. You just need to open up. To let go of the past." Aurora clenched her jaw, feeling the heat rise in her chest. Her ex's house had been reduced to ash and rubble, the flames of her anger licking the air like something she couldn't control. But this-this place? It felt wrong from the start. The truth was, she didn't belong here. Not in the sterile hallways of Whispering Pines, not in the cold, uncaring arms of a psych ward, and certainly not under the watchful eyes of the people who had decided to send her away. "You'll see, honey," her mom continued, her voice syrupy sweet. "You'll get better. You'll be happy again." Aurora looked out the window, not trusting herself to speak. If only her mom knew the truth. The truth about how the fire had felt-how, for the first time in forever, she'd felt alive. She wasn't sorry. Not really. Aurora didn't know it yet, but this place would change her. Change all of them. And soon, the obsession would turn into something darker-something dangerous. The wail of sirens echoed throughout the hospital as the emergency room doors burst open. Two individuals were being carted in while another gurney was carrying someone draped in a white cloth. It was too late for them. I could just barely hear what the paramedics were yelling to the doctors as they rushed to the operating room. "Car crash. Must have lost control. Both middle aged men. One is Native-American with long black hair and light brown eyes. He has multiple lacerations to the abdomen, his skull was fractured, left knee cap shattered, and internal bleeding." the young man explained. "The other is Caucasian with blonde hair and green eyes. His neck is broken, there are four fractures along his spine, we think his spleen might have burst, and there is a large piece of the car door sticking out of his chest. Possibly the handle. Both are in critical condition. There was a third passenger, but she was gone before we got to them." A louder sob ripped through my chest, my entire body shuddering from the force of it. Tears began streaming down my face faster than I could wipe them off. I wrapped my fingers around my ears the same way I did that night, silently begging the memories to go away. Before I knew it, I was rocking back and forth. "It's all my fault I should've died Should still be here All my fault Should be dead Take me Suffering Can't take it Find your happy place Find your happy place Find your happy place." My body was wracking with sobs. I wanted to stop it but I couldn't. I wasn't strong enough. "I'm so sorry I'm so sorry Should've been me Should've been me Forgive me Please forgive me I'm so sorry I'm so sorry."

My hand slaps against my mouth as I try to shut myself up. Don't make too much noise...or he'll hear you. A vehicle's door opens then slams shut. I don't hear footsteps...but as the minutes go by I begin to hear them; the footsteps get louder and louder and louder, matching the sound of my thundering heart. That's when I see his shadow cast over the ditch...over the place where I tried to hide. "Well," he says with a smile in his voice. "I wonder where he could've gone...the footprints stop here...so I wonder if he just...disappeared?" My body begins to tremble. I can feel it now. The pain. I can feel the pain already. He jumps down into the ditch...he stands directly in front of me, with his back facing me. My hand presses harder against my mouth as I try to suppress my whimper, but it's way too late now. But his body tenses up when he hears it. He laughs bitterly as he turns around slowly, and his eyes cut through my camouflage easily. "There you are."

Looking at my reflection from the window as the bus flashed past the trees . So did my past flash before my eyes . The coffee in a lady's hand two seats on the right side ahead of me was filling the atmosphere as I noticed how a teenage girl about my age would look at her coffee every now and then . Her face revealed that she was enjoying every bit of the sweetness as she inhaled deep and exhaled sharply . A pregnant woman smiling every time a text message showed up every now and then . Ask me how I know . She is right beside me . She was beautiful . With blond hair and the perfect pair of dark brown eyes , holding on to her love inside her as she chuckled to every message she have received . Snapping back to reality . I started acknowledging my favorite song "I don't wanna be loved by Miguel " I nodded to every beat giving as I let the music soak in my thoughts . As I smiled to myself . "Let's go then." I say no more as I run. She picks up my pace and follows me as I lead her away from her first murders and into her new life. I think it's one she'll fit well into.

"This is a nightmare, it's only a nightmare..." I say to myself as I try to catch my breath while leaning against a tall pine tree. You shouldn't have tried to run away." the voice goes through my head again. I look around and see nothing but trees. "LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" My voice begins to grow sore from the constant running and yelling. The sound of leaves crunching comes from behind me and I whip my head around until my eyes are met with him. "My dear (Y/N), you've made quite the mess of yourself. You know you are not aloud to leave......now you'll have to be punished." The figure says without any facial expression or motion. The figure begins to walk forward towards me. I try to back away until my vision becomes black and all I can hear is static.

After an accident the spirit of a young man struggles to adjust, enter a handsome young man, and his world is turned upside down even more. The car screeched to a halt as the body flew over the bonnet, slamming to the ground in a sickening thud, the head slamming into the concrete and cracking upon impact. Warm red blood seeped onto the floor as the mouth gasped for breath, a bone sticking out of the chest of the young man on the ground. He gasped for air, his eyes blurred and fighting to stay open. The driver of the vehicle rushed to his side, she bent down and gasped at the sight of blood under the young man's head. Standing back up she backed up to her car, climbed in and drove away at speed, not caring about getting him help...feet ran towards the young man, and voices where heard talking to the emergency services. Hands felt his body all over, trying to offer comfort, but he could feel his life ebbing away.
