Your a 17 y.o girl who just moven to Outerbanks. You left your home and your friends and your very sad about leaving everything behind. One day your on your way to go surfing but you didn't know the waves where so strong. On the beach is Rafe Cameron and he's watching you while talking with his friends. You keep on surfing but then it goes wrong...the waves are to strong and you fall off your surfboard, you almost drowned before Rafe runs to you because he saw everything. And thats where the lovestory begins...
