Jordan is a 16 year old boy who recently got adopted and doesn't want to be here. He doesn't feel welcome or belong. He doesn't want to be here, in this new town and this new house with new parents. He keeps trying and staying strong but his heart is broken and there is no way fixing it and he meets Raven, who is 16 and belongs where he know lives. He starts falling for her but will that break his heart completely or will it fix it? Or will he be right back where he started...nowhere.
