For Evan Kieth, 17, moving in with the Travis family seemed that it was going to be nothing out of the ordinary for him. He had been weaving throughout the foster system for years after a life-altering accident left him in a wheelchair and without a stable home. What he wasn't expecting, however, was his introverted personality and rough exterior to be broken by the perky teenage girl next door.

Sophie Portman, 16, had lived in coastal South Carolina her whole life. She's your typical lively, captivating, and caring spirit that inspires. The summer after her junior year of high school seems like it is going to be her best yet. A week into summer break, her plans change when a new foster boy moves in with the family next door.

Sophie and Evan are thrown out of their comfort zones when they come together. To anyone, the collision of these opposite souls might seem groundless. But with some bold moves and self-growth, they find that their bond might not be catastrophic. Maybe, just maybe, it could result in something that exceeds either of their expectations.

Life is full of paradoxes, and this is the story of theirs.

Bambi Raye's life was normal. Well, as normal as any teenage girl's life can be, when they're going through puberty. Until one fateful night when she was 15, which caused her life to change forever. The next 3 years of her life were hell. All the friends she thought would stick by her side, abandoned her. She was either bullied or ignored at school, and her home life was slowly falling apart. And then, reprieve. Her mother was finally able to find the funds to move them. Bambi would have been happy with anywhere, but was surprised and elated to find out that her mother was moving them all the way out to LA. The land of dreams. Things could only get better there right? There she meets two crazy friends, who teach her what true friendship is, and a group of eight boys who turn her whole world upside down. But it's not long before she has to fend off unwanted attention, and her friends find out what happened that night 3 years ago. Her old life seems to be repeating itself. How will her new friends cope with finding out the secrets Bambi is hiding? Can her new friends show Bambi that that part of her life has ended, and that endings mean new beginnings? Will she be able forget everything that happened in the past, closing that book, and come to realise that she's writing a whole new story? Even if it has a few bumps along the way. Highschool Sweethearts by K-good
16 parts Complete Mature
Katelyn has been in and out of the foster system since her mother died when she was young. After her father gets put in jail again, she gets sent to live with the Thomas family. The Thomas's are a very well-off family with four boys. Their house is usually the main hangout for the boys and their friends. Kate hasn't ever lived with siblings before, let alone this many boys, so it's a big change for her. Daniel is your typical high school football player; he's got the looks, the muscles, talent, and even the overbearing dad who wants him to go pro. Daniel, however, really couldn't care less about a career in football, he loves the game, but it's his dad's dream for him to go pro, not his own. At least not anymore. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years. Bonus points for giving Daniel a love interest that was more than just a name.
