Team 8 wasn't always comprised of just three ninja.
At one point, there was a fourth.
And it's because of her that Shino, Kiba and Hinata all live and breathe in the present day.
(My husband and I recently started re-watching Naruto together, so I got inspired to write this book. Hope you like it!
Set in the post-academy, pre-chunin exams era.)
(Story title inspired by the lyrics of Breath by Breaking Benjamin, mostly the chorus)

Naruto imagines // writing prompts.
Sometimes they're shinobi fighting for their lives; sometimes they're average teenagers. Sometimes stories are told from their perspective; other times it could even be their past selves narrating.
