Lucy Maine's life is far from boring, but that doesn't mean she enjoys it. Living with her four very loud older sisters and her eccentric hippie mother, things are far from dreamlike. Why is it, then, that when she meets new girl in town Melissa - charming, strange, and possessing the same name as Lucy's idol - does Lucy feel like she's living a fantasy? But as things escalate at home and school, Lucy wonders; in a life full of weird and wonderful women, is there room for one more? Or is her dream about to turn into a nightmare?
