Its been 11 years, 8 months, 3 weeks, 5 days, 18 hours, 45 minutes, and 37, 38, 39 seconds since Ray's parents were killed in a car crash and he was orphaned at the age of 6. Now he live's on the street avoiding the latest turf war, until he sees the presidents limo caught in the middle of a fire fight and decides to intervene. Now with the presidents favor and the promise of a better life ahead of him he takes a chance on an experiment that will make history. After this experiment he's stronger, faster, and more durable. But he's not the only one like that there are others that the government has kept hidden to combat other nations with people like them. Will he be controlled or break away?
