The Stranger

"He was dressed casually, wearing army three quarter length shorts, a black hoodie and a pair of grey converse. His hood was on his head, and blond hair spilled on his forehead. The shadow of his hood hung low over his eyes, but even then I could see his piercing blue eyes staring right at me."

Twenty year old Alena had an ordinary life following the same routine day after day. Completing university assignments and writing for The Chronicles pretty much summed up her life until one cold night when she realized that a mysterious, young man had been following her.
Had it been a coincidence of some sort? Did she know him from somewhere she couldn't remember? She knew that she had to find out more which is why she made the mistake of taking matters into her own hands.

Not long after Alena was being followed, her stalker went missing. Curiosity took over her body and before she knew it, she had stepped into searching about the stranger, causing the memories of the past to start unravelling faster than Alena could keep up, haunting her nights. There were secrets within secrets and no one seemed interested in being honest, but Alena's troubles had only began because as she got closer to finding the truth, the threats began coming quick and sudden.

Although Alena was more panicked and confused as ever, she knew that it was too late to back down because who ever was after her wasn't going to walk away without making sure that she was gone down for good.
