"you're so stupid" i say attempting to catch my breath 

Why the hell am i out so late i should be in bed. 

I thought zoning out as we reach the top of the hill, finally able to sit.

"Why did you do it?" He asked staring deeply into my eyes 

"do what?" i ask pretending to clueless hopefully able to get out of this conversation. 

"what make life so unbearable, you did that to yourself" he asks more clearly deeply paying attention to what i was going to say next but not before looking at the small scars i have on my arms and legs.
