The legend of Johnny Goldeye tells of a nefarious captain who robs every ship he comes across. He is known for wearing a mask which leaves one golden eye to be seen.
Captain Archer Goldeye, the man behind the mask, and his crew are restocking when they hear of a disappeared ship.
When Evera, an uptight American colonist, catches word of it, she realizes it was her father's ship. After pure stubbornness, Archer lets her on board. With the best crew on the seven seas, a young but talented captain, and a girl who's never set foot off land, they set off to recover the lost souls.
