She spots the friend group of Johnny and the cobras. She instantly falls in love with Bobby. Jimmy, one of the cobras, is closer to Bobby than most of the others, in doing so, he becomes friends with Michelle and in hopes to help her. But there might be something more than just helping Michelle get with her crush. Eventually Michelle and her friend group mash with the Cobra Kai boys and are all dating each other. One thing that makes it worse for the both of them is Marie's previous relationship with Johnny Lawrence, the head student of the Cobra Kai's. The night of the Halloween dance, however, Daniel's attempt to get revenge on Johnny results in both him and Marie getting jumped.
