Detective Collin Madden is well known for acting like he doesn't give a care in the world. When he was released from the army he thought he'd be over his selfless way. He proved himself wrong though when he became a Detective. Its in his blood to help people. It always has been. He got into organized crime because he truly couldn't help but want to save others from the unjust. Even though everyone knows him as careless and disinterested they couldn't be more wrong. When a fire breaks out and he's there to see the culprit he's ready to die to take down the serial arsonist. He just wasn't ready for the other feelings he received along the way.

Kent Caddel is a highly respected Chief in the Fire Department. Known as Flame because of he's recklessness. He's known to walk through fire to save another human. People love him because he has a heart of gold. His funny and aloof personality make him charming in a way that attracts people. He would stop at nothing to help someone. He didn't think anything of the first couple fires. His job isn't to think, its to rescue. So when he sees the mysterious man he's stunned. He's always disliked good Samaritans.

Ayden Mintz is Kent's long standing boyfriend and a decorated Doctor. With a PhD and a love for life. His sweet and caring attitude is spread out to anyone. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body. He just wants to do everything he can to save lives. Its what he's devoted himself to do. He's in love with his job. However when tragedies begin piling up one after another and his boyfriend is continuously put into highly dangerous situations he doesn't know what he's going to do. Not to mention the extremely attractive Detective that is heading the whole case. His determination to save another life is always high priority in his mind and he'll risk his life to do so.
