Elijah, a fourteen year old boy, is put into a foster home after his house is burnt to the ground. After arriving, he learns of a place called Devil Town. This place supposedly is an abandoned town taken over by runaway teenagers like himself. Elijah sets off for Devil Town with his backpack, twenty dollars, and a search team on his tail.
