A day after fighting Riser, Issei goes to the Occult Research Club to find out that Rias kicks him out, to add salt to the wound she brutally lays it down that he is weak and also slips the truth behind his reincarnation. 

Issei is heartbroken. Again. 
He suffers from a decease with no proper cure. 
He near death door. Again 
His evil pieces which saved him is killing him at a faster rate. 
All Issei is now left with is hope; a hope to live and truth;  Rias wanted the Red Dragon Emperor not Issei Hyoudou. 

Ddraig wanting his partner's survival the most decides to let go of his pride and contact his rival but what if another being comes as well which surprises both the Dragon Emperors.

Beginning to feel frustrated at himself for being weak and wanting more power in order to protect what he cares about is enough to awaken the legendary wielder of the boosted gear who is even stronger than both the "official" strongest wielders of the boosted gear. Now with the new fiery determination to become the strongest will Issei become the crimson inferno that he was meant to be or a great disaster waiting to be unleashed. Either way the brown haired boy will slay all who threaten him and those he treasures.
