Jillian hasn't see her parents in 10 months, and doesn't know where they are (are they traveling, in the secret service or dead?) so she has to move to her aunt's. Her brother's came with her and don't really like the neighbourhood, but hope to make some friends. The weather is crappy, it rains way too much and the only good thing is that there's a mall a few minutes drive away. There are people that give Jilly weird looks, like she's an alien or something, and every day seems to get worse. Will her life improve? Where are her parents and what exactly are they doing?
