An Alpha for an Alpha

19 parts Complete Mature

Being born an alpha means you're on top of the food chain. You can challenge other alphas to take over a pack. You have amazing strength, speed, and endurance. No one looks down on you. Oliver was born in the Northern Pack. He was small as a child, also having been born small to two betas of the pack; his mother having recessive alpha genes. There were yearly parties that celebrated children turning 17. That was the age they could shift into their wolf form and find their mate. Children had the scent of their secondary gender once born, determining what they were from birth. An alpha, beta, or omega. Oliver, who had been excited since the moment he understood what being an alpha meant, was more than excited to shift into his wolf. To find his mate and fall in love. He had already been trained for fighting (all young alpha and beta children were). But the day of the party, at the stroke of midnight, was the moment Oliver's life changed forever. Oliver wasn't just an alpha. No. He was a submissive alpha. Exceedingly rare and looked down upon as unnecessary. Their only use was as a possible breeder to guarantee alpha children; if they tested as fertile. They were given no option to find their mate, practically thrown around as an incubator for any alpha to use at their pleasure. Oliver said fuck you.
