When Brenda Lee Johnson moved to L.A she was joined by her partner in crime Kiyana Moore or as she is called Kiki by her family 

When Kiyana is invited to join the L.A.P.D  as one of there Sr. Detectives in the the murder squad along with her Best friend Brenda, she happily accepts. 

Unlike Brenda, Kiyana has never been interested in a relationship and spent most of her time focused on her career and helping Brenda close cases, she is also cold and sarcastic towards people, but very intelligent 

When she transfers to the L.A.P.D how will she handle it?

Will they like her or hate her?

Will a she get along with a certain detective?

Or will she crash and burn under the pressure?
