Mankind's most wanted

The government division P.H.A.P(perfect human assassin program) called tried creating perfect human weapons and succeeded. They created an army but one subject defected and killed everyone within PHAP leaving himself as the only one. He became mankind's most wanted with a reward of $500,000,000,000,000 and a highschool student:)
